POV - QUALIFICATION OR ABILITY, which do you prefer?

It's no news in Nigeria that many graduates with big qualifications flood the streets looking for employment, meanwhile those who had just acquired thorough training in an art or technical job get going with life, as they are automatically self employed and do not need to go up and down with papers.

They perform better most times when faced with same problem than graduates because their period of training involves a practical approach.

Today on POINT OF VIEW, the question is, what is your point of view?, which d you prefer?
